Feature 1: The conveyor body uses an aluminum profile, achieving an overall lightweight design.
Feature 2: The conveyor pulley pitch offers a wide selection range and can be specified in 5 mm increments, with a maximum pitch of up to 3 meters.
Feature 3: Uses a dedicated light transmission belt, with a parallel surface light source installed on the bottom surface of the belt. It is widely used in detection industries such as appearance, external dimension, and defect inspection.

(1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid causing performance defects.
(2) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
(3) Due to issues with the structural strength and deformation of the machine body, please do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.
(4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and 3-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your usage requirements.
(5) Belt deviation is a normal phenomenon and does not constitute a quality problem. Deviation adjustment is part of daily maintenance.     For the deviation adjustment method, click here.
(6) Deviation tolerance: The distance from the belt to both sides of the roller should be 5+/-3mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays at the center of the aluminum profile.
(7) If the direction is opposite to the standard operating direction, belt deviation, belt breakage, noise, jamming, and other abnormalities may occur. Please avoid using it in this way. (The standard transport direction is shown in the figure below)
