    Economy series conveyor, with a rational structural design and localized production. A variety of models are available to meet customers' design needs for different usage scenarios, providing better options.
    E-CVSE: This model uses European standard 3060 profiles and can convey loads up to 100KG.

    When L > 2000, one belt support roller is included.
    The dimensions in the image are for belt specification H20 (thickness 2.0 mm). Please note that the belt thickness varies depending on the belt specifications.

    When the load exceeds 25KG, the timing belt pulley is replaced with a sprocket.
    When selecting a speed control motor, the speed controller is an accessory, not installed on the main unit, and does not include a mounting bracket.
     If you need a bracket for the speed controller, please use additional processing (SCB)
    *Only the power affects the motor size. Please refer to the table below for dimension A. The dimensions of other components remain the same.

    The belt thickness is the nominal thickness; the actual thickness is one-tenth of that, measured in millimeters.
    Oil-resistant specification: Only the conveying surface is oil-resistant. If oil gets on the back of the belt, it may become unusable.
    If you need automatic control with a stepper or servo motor, you can choose the model without a motor and gear head.
    When selecting without a motor and gear head, the motor mounting hole pitch will vary depending on the motor output power.
    When selecting without motor and gear head, the main unit will be delivered as parts. Please assemble by following the assembly instructions included in the same package.

    Product Feature
     
    Feature 1: The conveyor body is made of aluminum profiles, achieving an overall lightweight design.
    Feature 2: The universal European standard 3060 profile makes it easy to build profile frames and is widely used in logistics lines.
    Feature 3: Wide range of conveyor pulley pitch options, can be specified in 5 mm increments, with a maximum pitch length of up to 3M.
     
    Precautions
     
    (1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid performance issues.
    (2) Due to different conveyor operating environments, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cables, or switches.
    (3) Due to issues with machine structure strength and body deformation, please do not exceed the allowable load and length/width when selecting a model.
    (4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and three-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your requirements.
    (5) Belt misalignment is a normal phenomenon and is not considered a quality issue. Adjusting for misalignment is part of routine maintenance. For deviation adjustment methods, click here.
    (6) Lateral Deviation Tolerance: The distance between both sides of the roller and the belt is 5±3 mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays exactly in the center of the aluminum profile.
    (7) If operated in the opposite direction to the standard running direction, abnormal conditions such as belt misalignment, belt damage, noise, or jamming may occur. Please avoid use. (The standard shipping direction is as shown below)
