E-CVGTC: Medium and heavy load type, double-row narrow-width toothed belt, suitable for conveyance of fixture and pallet products, supports precise positioning conveyance.

Feature 1: The conveyor body uses an aluminum profile, achieving an overall lightweight design.
Feature 2: Double-row narrow-width tooth profile belt, suitable for conveyance of fixture pallet products, supports precise positioning conveyance.
Feature 3: The center distance of the timing belt can be specified in 10 mm units, and the pitch of the pulley can be specified in 5 mm units.

(1) When installing onto equipment, ensure the flatness of the aluminum profile is maintained.
(2) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid causing performance defects.
(3) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
(4) In application, due to issues with the structural strength of the model and the amount of deformation of the body, do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.
(5) Even when the motor is operating in a normal state, its surface temperature may sometimes exceed 70℃. Please exercise caution to avoid burns.
(6) If operated in the opposite direction of the standard running direction, phenomena such as belt deviation, belt breakage, noise, jamming, and other abnormalities may occur. Please avoid such use. (The standard transport direction is shown in the figure below)
