E-CVSMA: Flat Belt Conveyor with Built-in Motor Drive. The motor is built into the frame, significantly reducing the overall height of the conveyor, making it suitable for designs with limited space.

The belt thickness is the nominal thickness; the actual thickness is one-tenth of that, measured in millimeters.
Oil-resistant specification: Only the conveying surface is oil-resistant. If oil gets on the back of the belt, it may become unusable.
If you need automatic control with a stepper or servo motor, you can choose the model without a motor and gear head.
When selecting without a motor and gear head, the motor mounting hole pitch will vary depending on the motor output power.
When selecting without motor and gear head, the main unit will be delivered as parts. Please assemble by following the assembly instructions included in the same package.

Feature 4: Uses arc-surface rollers to effectively prevent flat belts from running off track. (Except in extreme cases)

Precautions
(1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid performance issues.
(2) Due to different conveyor operating environments, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cables, or switches.
(3) Due to issues with machine structure strength and body deformation, please do not exceed the allowable load and length/width when selecting a model.
(4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and three-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your requirements.
(5) Belt misalignment is a normal phenomenon and is not considered a quality issue. Adjusting for misalignment is part of routine maintenance. For deviation adjustment methods, click
here.
(6) Lateral Deviation Tolerance: The distance between both sides of the roller and the belt is 5±3 mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays exactly in the center of the aluminum profile.
(7) If operated in the opposite direction to the standard running direction, abnormal conditions such as belt misalignment, belt damage, noise, or jamming may occur. Please avoid use. (The standard shipping direction is as shown below)
