Product Features
Feature 1: The conveyor body is made of aluminum profiles, achieving an overall lightweight design.
Feature 2: Wide range of conveyor pulley pitch options, can be specified in 5 mm increments, with a maximum pitch length of up to 3M.
Feature 3: Uses a dedicated light-transmitting belt, with a parallel surface light source on the bottom of the belt. Widely used in industries for appearance, dimensional, and defect inspection.
Feature 2: Wide range of conveyor pulley pitch options, can be specified in 5 mm increments, with a maximum pitch length of up to 3M.
Feature 3: Uses a dedicated light-transmitting belt, with a parallel surface light source on the bottom of the belt. Widely used in industries for appearance, dimensional, and defect inspection.
Precautions
(1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid performance issues.
(2) Due to different conveyor operating environments, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cables, or switches.
(3) Due to issues with machine structure strength and body deformation, please do not exceed the allowable load and length/width when selecting a model.
(4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and three-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your requirements.
(5) Belt misalignment is a normal phenomenon and is not considered a quality issue. Adjusting for misalignment is part of routine maintenance. For deviation adjustment methods, click
here.
(6) Lateral Deviation Tolerance: The distance between both sides of the roller and the belt is 5±3 mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays exactly in the center of the aluminum profile.
(7) If operated in the opposite direction to the standard running direction, abnormal conditions such as belt misalignment, belt damage, noise, or jamming may occur. Please avoid use. (The standard shipping direction is as shown below)
