Economical conveyor with a reasonable structure design, enabling localized production. Multiple types of models are available to meet customers' design requirements for different usage scenarios, providing better selection options.
E-CVDSA: Equipped with a flat belt with transverse ribs to form a grille, suitable for small workpiece transportation or inclined conveying.

Feature 1: The belt can be equipped with various customized distance baffles to distinguish different conveyed materials and stacking processes.
Feature 2: The belt width can be specified in 5 mm units, and the pulley distance can also be specified in 5 mm units.
Feature 3: Using crown type flat-belt pulleys and idlers effectively prevents flat belt deviation. (Except in cases of extreme deviation)

(1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid causing performance defects.
(2) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
(3) Due to issues with the structural strength and deformation of the machine body, please do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.
(4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and 3-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your usage requirements.
(5) Belt deviation is a normal phenomenon and does not constitute a quality problem. Deviation adjustment is part of daily maintenance.     Click here.
(6) Deviation tolerance: The distance from the belt to both sides of the roller should be 5+/-3mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays at the center of the aluminum profile.
(7) If the direction is opposite to the standard operating direction, belt deviation, belt breakage, noise, jamming, and other abnormalities may occur. Please avoid using it in this way. (The standard transport direction is shown in the figure below)
