If you need automatic control with a stepper or servo motor, you can choose the model without a motor and gear head.
Baffle spacing calculation formula: Baffle spacing = (2*L+166.4)/Number of baffles
When selecting without motor and without gear head, the motor mounting hole spacing will vary depending on the motor output power.

Product Features
Feature 1: The belt is equipped with various custom interval partitions to separate different conveyed materials and stacking processes.
Feature 2: Belt width can be specified in 10 mm increments, and pulley spacing can be specified in 5 mm increments.
Feature 3: The use of arc-shaped flat belt pulleys and idler wheels effectively prevents the flat belt from deviating. (Except in cases of extreme deviation)

Precautions
(1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid performance issues.
(2) Due to different conveyor operating environments, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cables, or switches.
(3) Due to issues with machine structure strength and body deformation, please do not exceed the allowable load and length/width when selecting a model.
(4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and three-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your requirements.
(5) Belt misalignment is a normal phenomenon and is not considered a quality issue. Adjusting for misalignment is part of routine maintenance. Click

(6) Lateral Deviation Tolerance: The distance between both sides of the roller and the belt is 5±3 mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays exactly in the center of the aluminum profile.
(7) If operated in the opposite direction to the standard running direction, abnormal conditions such as belt misalignment, belt damage, noise, or jamming may occur. Please avoid use. (The standard shipping direction is as shown below)
