Feature 1: The belt can be equipped with various customized distance baffles to distinguish different conveyed materials and stacking processes.

Precaution
(1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid causing performance defects.
(2) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
(3) Due to issues with the structural strength and deformation of the machine body, please do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.
(4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and 3-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your usage requirements.
(5) Belt deviation is a normal phenomenon and does not constitute a quality problem. Deviation adjustment is part of daily maintenance. Click

(6) Deviation tolerance: The distance from the belt to both sides of the roller should be 5+/-3mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays at the center of the aluminum profile.
(7) If the direction is opposite to the standard operating direction, belt deviation, belt breakage, noise, jamming, and other abnormalities may occur. Please avoid using it in this way. (The standard transport direction is shown in the figure below)
