THE CUT

· Costs for replacement inserts are reduced because lathe inserts from a variety of manufactures can be used (however, the screws need to be changed).
· The high rigidity body design and 3-face restraint ensure it holds the inserts firmly.
· With the insert, the MTMS9 is capable of machining up to C7 and the MTMS6.5 up to C4.5. (depends on the insert cutting edge.)
· Change the insert material or machining conditions for use with different types of work material.
· Can be used like an end mill for machining materials from an un-machined state.·
