Product Overview
Economy series conveyor, with a rational structural design and localized production. A variety of models are available to meet customers' design needs for different usage scenarios, providing better options.
E-CVGTN: Double-row synchronous belt conveyor, driven by a motor and synchronous belt, enabling synchronized rotation of two rows of synchronous belts. Suitable for pallet transfer and assembly into equipment.

Support Component Notes:
When L < 1000, there are two sets of support components
When L is 1000 to 1500, there are three sets of support components
When L > 1500, there are four sets of support components
When L ≤ 700, there is no countersunk hole at position F, and 4 nuts are pre-installed on one side in the aluminum profile slot;
When L > 700, a countersunk hole for nut insertion is reserved by default at position F, no additional processing is required.
When selecting a speed control motor, the speed controller is not installed on the main unit, and no mounting bracket is included.
If you need a bracket for the speed controller, please use additional processing (SCB)

Precautions
(1) When installing onto equipment, ensure the flatness of the aluminum profile.
(2) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid performance issues.
(3) Due to different conveyor usage environments, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cables, or switches.
(4) In applications, due to issues with machine structure strength and body deformation, please do not exceed the allowable load and length/width when selecting models.
(5) Even when the motor is operating normally, its surface temperature may sometimes exceed 70°C . Be sure to take precautions to avoid burns.
(6) If operated in the opposite direction to the standard running direction, abnormal conditions such as belt misalignment, belt damage, noise, or jamming may occur. Please avoid use. (The standard shipping direction is as shown below)
