    Economy series Belt Conveyor

    Product Overview
     
    Economy series conveyor, with a rational structural design and localized production. A variety of models are available to meet customers' design needs for different usage scenarios, providing better options.
    E-CVGTP: Double-row synchronous belt center drive conveyor, uses a motor + synchronous belt drive method. The motor enables synchronous rotation of the two rows of synchronous belts, suitable for pallet transfer and assembly into equipment.

    When L > 2000, 1 set (2 pieces) of belt support rollers is included.
    Support Component Notes:
    When L<1000, there are two sets of support components
    When L is 1000 to 2000, there are three sets of support components
    When L>2000, there are four sets of support components
    When L ≤ 700, there is no countersunk hole at position F, and 4 nuts are pre-installed on one side inside the aluminum profile slot;
    When L>700, a countersunk hole for nut insertion is reserved by default at position F, no additional machining required.
    When selecting a speed control motor, the speed controller is not installed on the main unit, and no mounting bracket is included.
    If you need a bracket for the speed controller, please use additional processing (SCB)
    *Only the power affects the motor size. Please refer to the table below for dimension A. The external dimensions of the other components remain the same.

    If you need to use a stepper motor or servo motor for automatic control, you can choose the model without a motor and gear head.
    When selecting without a motor and gear head, the motor mounting hole pitch will vary depending on the motor output power.
    When selecting without motor and gear head, the main unit will be delivered as parts. Please assemble by following the assembly instructions included in the same package.

    Product Features
     
    Feature 1: Simplifies belt replacement steps and improves maintainability.
    Feature 2: The conveyor body is made of aluminum profiles, achieving an overall lightweight design.
    Feature 3: Double-row narrow-width toothed belt, suitable for conveying jig tray products, supports precise positioning and conveying.
    Feature 4: The timing belt center distance can be specified in 10 mm increments, and the pulley spacing can be specified in 5 mm increments.
     
    Precautions
     
    (1) When installing onto equipment, ensure the flatness of the aluminum profile.
    (2) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid performance issues.
    (3) Due to different conveyor usage environments, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cables, or switches.
    (4) In applications, due to issues with machine structure strength and body deformation, please do not exceed the allowable load and length/width when selecting models.
    (5) Even when the motor is operating normally, its surface temperature may sometimes exceed 70°C . Be sure to take precautions to avoid burns.
    (6) If operated in the opposite direction to the standard running direction, abnormal conditions such as belt misalignment, belt damage, noise, or jamming may occur. Please avoid use. (The standard shipping direction is as shown below)
