    When selecting a speed control motor, the speed controller is supplied as an accessory, is not installed on the main unit, and does not include a mounting bracket.
     If a bracket for the speed controller is required, please use the alteration (SCB).
    The drive side uses chain transmission, and the noise is relatively high during high-speed operation.
    *Differences in power only affect the motor size. For the A dimension, please refer to the table below. The external dimensions of the other parts remain the same.

    When using an 86 stepper with a torque of 4.5 N⋅m, the driver supports an input voltage of 48 V DC. (Power supply not included)
    When using an 86 stepper with a torque of 8.0 N⋅m or 12.0 N⋅m, the driver supports an input voltage of 24 V DC to 70 V DC or 48 V AC to 70 V AC, two types of power supply voltage. (Power supply not included)
    The drive side uses timing belt transmission.
    The belt thickness is the nominal thickness; the actual thickness is one-tenth of this value, with the unit in mm.
    For oil resistance specifications, only the transmission surface is oil resistant. If oil gets on the back of the belt, it may become unusable.
    When selecting without motor and without gear head, the motor installation hole pitch will vary depending on the motor output power.
    When selecting without motor and without gear head, the main unit will be delivered as parts. Please assemble by the customer according to the assembly procedure instruction manual included in the same package.

    Product Features
    Feature 1: The conveyor body uses an aluminum profile, achieving an overall lightweight design.
    Feature 2: Medium and heavy load, universal European standard 4080 profile makes it easy to build profile brackets, and is widely used in logistics lines.
    Feature 3: The conveyor belt roller pitch has a wide selection range, can be specified in 5 mm increments, with a maximum pitch of up to 3 meters.
    Precautions
    (1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid causing performance defects.
    (2) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
    (3) Due to issues with the structural strength and deformation of the machine body, please do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.     For the deviation adjustment method, click here.
    (4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and 3-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your usage requirements.
    (5) Belt deviation is a normal phenomenon and does not constitute a quality problem. Deviation adjustment is part of daily maintenance.
    (6) Deviation tolerance: The distance from the belt to both sides of the roller should be 5+/-3mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays at the center of the aluminum profile.
    (7) If the direction is opposite to the standard operating direction, belt deviation, belt breakage, noise, jamming, and other abnormalities may occur. Please avoid using it in this way. (The standard transport direction is shown in the figure below)
