MISUMI
Recommended when you are concerned about damage to the brim of the punch, such as when punching high-strength materials.
・This is a jetter punch that keeps the cutting edge length (B dimension) constant for any given overall length (L dimension). Because there is no side hole in the shank, the punch is less likely to break than regular jet punches for punching thick plates.
[What is HW coating]
It is a coating that improves the adhesion of the TiCN film by applying WPC treatment to the base of the TiCN coating.
Since the coating film is less likely to peel off, the life of the punch can be expected to be longer than that of conventional TiCN.
