Flaw Detecting Chemical /Detecting Agents

Dye penetrant / Leak detectors are a general term for liquids used to detect flaws on metal surfaces and liquids used to detect gas and oil leaks. Dye penetrants are used to detect pin holes and cracks in castings and metal surface flaws. The inspection method involves completely removing the dirt on the inspection object with the cleaning liquid, then applying the penetrating liquid and wipe off the excess liquid.
