Cushioning Materials and Backing Sheets

Futons and caul plates for cushioning are a type of cushioning material used to prevent collapse of cargo during transportation, protect items, store tools during work, etc. The cushioning futon can be easily packed by putting it on office equipment, machinery, etc. It does not use tape, cutters, etc. so it does not generate dust and can be used repeatedly. Some futons are hard to tear and burn. The caul plate is a cushioning material for luggage that is used for storage in stacks or to prevent cargo collapse on trucks. There are also some made of foamed polyethylene which are soft and hard to break even when bent, boards made of paperboard with increased strength through a laminating press, those made of plastic with high water and chemical resistance, buffers made of antistatic material to prevent dust and dirt from adhering, etc.
