· High-speed tool steel (HSS) is adopted, realizing stable machining.
· The front surface is the surface with a marking on the chamfering.
· The machining reference surface at the rear is set so that the end face makes close contact when the holder is attached.
· Screw adjustments are not required and die outer diameter precision is improved compared to adjustable dies as this is a solid die.
