- Ratchet mechanism using centrifugal force is built in, with a structure which can be locked or pulled out freely according to the pull-out speed. The wire rope can be pulled out freely if the speed is lower than the person's walking speed, but when the speed exceeds the limit speed, the ratchet instantly locks to the ratchet wheel fixed to the drum and the rope feed stops to prevent falling. If the rope loosens, the lock is freed and it can be pulled out again.
