Takes up less space, involves less wiring and requires less work-hours
Relay, timer, counter, and time switch functions are all easily handled by this one unit. It is no longer necessary to individually wire timers, relays and the like, greatly reducing the amount of time spent on wiring.
Simple programming
Ladder programming can be performed on the front LCD screen and using the 8 operations buttons. Also includes a backlight. Easy to make changes to the settings on-site.
Can be freely expanded. Maximum number of I/O: 44 points
If you cannot make the required number of I/Os, up to a further 3 expansion I/O units can be added. Expansion I/O units are smartly sized with a width of just 35 mm.

Application 1: Manufacturing line conveyor shift unit
Use the ZEN as a conveyor shift unit. When the sensor detects a product arriving an input signal in sent to the ZEN. The ZEN then sends an output signal to the stopper and conveyor shift unit, moving the product to a different conveyor.
Application 2 Water treatment equipment
Use the Programmable Relay ZEN to control water treatment equipment.
Application 3 Streetlight ON/OFF controls
Use the Programmable Relay ZEN as a cost-effective time switch to turn on streetlights on roadsides and in parks at night.
