Is it possible to change the relief pressure setting by ourselves?

Yes. Loosen the lock nut at the top of the body and rotate the lock cap to change the relief pressure. Set the relief pressure while watching the pressure gauge in the tank or circuit, and then tighten the lock nut and check that the lock cap is not loose.
