Product overview
Economical conveyor with a reasonable structure design, enabling localized production. Multiple types of models are available to meet customers' design requirements for different usage scenarios, providing better selection options.
E-CVSMA: Flat belt conveyor with built-in motor drive, where the motor is integrated between the profiles, significantly reducing the overall height of the conveyor and making it suitable for design scenarios with limited space.

Feature 1: The conveyor body uses an aluminum profile, achieving an overall lightweight design.
Feature 2: Significantly reduces the overall height of the conveyor, making it more suitable for spaces with limited space.

When L ≤ 700, there is no countersunk hole at position F, and four single side nuts are pre-installed in the aluminum profile groove.
 When L > 700, a countersunk hole for nut insertion is reserved by default at position F, and no additional alteration is required.
When selecting a speed control motor, the speed controller is supplied as an accessory, is not installed on the main unit, and does not include a mounting bracket.
 If a bracket for the speed controller is required, please use the alteration (SCB).

When selecting a servo motor, the motor and driver are supplied with a default power supply voltage of single-phase 220 V. In conveyor applications, the motor rated speed of 3000 r/min is used as the standard for linear speed calculation. During operation, control can be customized through host computer programming.

The belt thickness is the nominal thickness; the actual thickness is one-tenth of this value, with the unit in mm.
For oil resistance specifications, only the transmission surface is oil resistant. If oil gets on the back of the belt, it may become unusable.
When selecting without motor and without gear head, the motor installation hole pitch will vary depending on the motor output power.
When selecting without motor and without gear head, the main unit will be delivered as parts. Please assemble by the customer according to the assembly procedure instruction manual included in the same package.

Precaution
(1) Do not disassemble or modify the conveyor by yourself to avoid causing performance defects.
(2) Due to differences in the operating environment of the conveyor, MISUMI conveyors do not come with a power supply, cable, or switch.
(3) Due to issues with the structural strength and deformation of the machine body, please do not exceed the allowable load or length and width when selecting a model.
(4) The motor is available in two voltage specifications: single-phase 220 V and 3-phase 220 V. Please select the voltage according to your usage requirements.
(5) Belt deviation is a normal phenomenon and does not constitute a quality problem. Deviation adjustment is part of daily maintenance.

(6) Deviation tolerance: The distance from the belt to both sides of the roller should be 5+/-3mm. During operation, it is not possible to ensure that the belt always stays at the center of the aluminum profile.
(7) If the direction is opposite to the standard operating direction, belt deviation, belt breakage, noise, jamming, and other abnormalities may occur. Please avoid using it in this way. (The standard transport direction is shown in the figure below)
