Values in the table are reference values calculated according to the critical speed and DN value of the belt.
Values in the table indicate the maximum safe speed for each stroke, as well as the maximum safe speed for standard strokes. Exceeding these speeds can increase belt wear, cause belt breakage and shorten the service life.

Frequently asked question (FAQ)

Question: Is the sensor shipped after installation?
Answer: The sensor components are shipped together with the main unit and need to be installed by the customer upon arrival.
Question: Do actuators require regular maintenance?
Answer: Daily inspection and maintenance, and regular adding of grease are required, Grease dry-out will cause the product to rust, and dry friction between the guide slider and the steel balls at high speeds will cause wear and tear, significantly reducing product life.
Question: Does the E-MCB series come with a motor?
Answer: The product only includes the body and does not come with a motor or driver. Customers need to choose a brand of motor they trust based on their actual needs.
Question: Can the belt actuator be used vertically?
Answer: Vertical use of the Japanese specification belt actuator is prohibited.
