  ・The biggest feature is the low coefficient of friction compared to other coated punches. Because there is less friction between the punch cutting edge and the workpiece (workpiece material), it is effective in piercing aluminum materials, where chips during punching tend to be a problem.
  ・In addition to the regular DLC coating, this punch has WPC treatment applied to the base to improve the adhesion of the coating film.
