・A punch with a tap that is fixed and held with a bolt. It is easy to replace the punch and adjust the height after re-sharpening the cutting edge. Since there is no brim, it is also recommended for punching at narrow pitches.
・A punch with a guide section separate from the cutting edge. Please use this when the required cutting edge length B for the guide cannot be secured with the cutting edge diameter P.
・If you are worried about bolt breakage when punching thick plates or high-tensile steel materials, please try the large diameter tap type or the extra large diameter tap type.

[What is RW coating]
・It is a coating that is harder and more heat resistant than TiCN. Furthermore, WPC treatment is applied to the base to strengthen the adhesion of the coating film.
