· This environmentally friendly, lead- free, self-lubricating bearing requires no additional lubricant and does not use any lead at all.
· Daidyne DDK05 is a compound bearing that combines a low-friction polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) bearing surface with the strength and dimensional stability of a metal backing.
· Bearing surface slides smoothly without lubrication because its dynamic friction coefficient and static friction coefficient are extremely small.
· So-called "StickSlip" does not occur.
· Also safe to use in oil.
· Can be used within a temperature range of -200°C to +280°C.
