· Flat file with double-sided diamond coating on a flexible substrate.
· Due to extremely thin blades with less than 1 mm thickness, it is possible to process narrow grooves and narrow gaps that cannot be processed with conventional diamond file.
· Base material of file uses spring steel; therefore it is soft and strong while lightweight.
[Applications]
· For polishing the narrow gaps and grooves that cannot be processed with the conventional files.
· For curved surface polishing.
