The overcurrent method is a method of measuring the magnitude of the current generated in a substrate by passing a current, and the substrate is made of non-magnetic metal and used for insulating films. Detectors, etc. include pin hole detectors that check through holes in insulators, metal detectors that check concrete and piping, and check for contaminants, etc.
