Drilling Machine Vises（Page2）

The drill press vise is a tool that fixes the workpiece when drilling it with the drill press. When using a large drill, fix the vise directly on the drill press. A cylindrical rod can be used with a dedicated jaw and a thin workpiece can be used with a grooved jaw. The main features are that the top and side surfaces are finished by grinding, with high accuracy and no rattling or tilting, and the movable part slides smoothly. Among them, there are beta vises with low jaws and long width, swivel angle vices with adjustable vice inclination, sturdy ones made of cast steel, and lightweight ones made of polycarbonate. It is necessary to select a vise that suits the shape and size of the work material and the machining application.
