Painting Machines
Painting machines are used for applying paint to a target object by spraying or other means. Painting machines are divided into an air type, which nebulizes paint with compressor air, and an air-less type, which sprays paint by applying pressure to it. While the air type tends to cause the paint to be splattered, it is more maneuverable and achieves a smooth finish. On the other hand, the air-less type tends to produce a somewhat rough finish, but it minimizes splattered and wasted paint. The air-less type is further divided into a plunger-pump type that applies pressure to paint with a compressor and a diaphragm type that applies pressure with an engine or electricity. Both types are suited to painting over a wide surface. Whatever type of painting machine you are using, be sure to check beforehand the properties of paint suited to use, such as water-based or oil-based and viscosity.
