Control/Instrumentation Cables

Control and instrumentation cables are used for device controls and signal transmissions to and from terminal devices. Control cables are mainly used to control devices in plants and factories. For this reason, insulated vinyl sheath cables with PVC and polyethylene insulation are usually used for their highly flame retardant properties and excellent oil resistance, weather resistance and water resistance. Instrumentation cables are used in a wide range of applications including transmitting computer signals, electronic controls for industrial equipment, etc. Insulated vinyl sheath cables with polyethylene insulators are often used for their capacitance and noise reduction characteristics. The cables are selected for length and number of pairs, but other specific properties should also be considered, such as abrasion resistance and chemical resistance.

Control and Instrumentation Cables are engineered to ensure stable signal transmission, reliable device control, and protection against harsh industrial environments. These cables are widely used in automation systems, process control panels, instrumentation loops, PLC wiring, sensors, actuators, and industrial machinery, where accuracy and durability are critical.
