· Differences are stepped, decreasing from block no. 1 to block no. 5.
· Adjacent error is measured with a light wave interferometer (inspection report lists in increments of 0.01 μm). In addition, the allowable value of the adjacent error is within ±0.20 μm.
· Available in steel or ceramic according to your application.
· The adjacent error is the difference in the center dimension of an adjacent measurement block.
