Carbide Bound Plug Gauge H7 (for machining)

Caution
Product Description
Highly economical carbide alloy plug gauge that has excellent durability and resistance to thermal expansion.
[Features]
· A pair of gauges with external dimensions based on the maximum and minimum allowable dimensions as references.
· Can be used for obtaining fit compatibility between the hole and the shaft.
· Excellent abrasion resistance, lasting approximately 20 to 30 times longer than steel.
· Low thermal expansion coefficient (1/2 that of steel, 5x10-6/K) reduces the influence of temperature.
· High hardness eliminates worries about scratching the surface.
· Gauge management is easy. The periodic gauge inspection interval is lengthened, making it economical.
· Includes an inspection results chart.
[Applications]
· Used for hole diameter inspections.
What is limit plug gauge
Instructions for use
- GOGO side ( can pass through the whole holes smoothly)
The GO side is used to check if the diameter of the hole which is bigger than the
maximum entity size【minimum tolerable size of the hole】, the gauge can go
through the hole completely. - NO-GO side (can not pass through the hole)
The NO-GO side is used to check if the diameter of the hole is smaller than the minimum
entity size【maximum tolerable size of the hole】, the gauge can notgo into the hole.
| What is entity size The volume of hole is the minimum when the hole is finished with minimum tolerable size. Therefore, the other volume except the hole (this is entity size, the right drawing with slanted portion) is the maximum, that is the maximum entity size. The opposite meaning of above mention is the minimum entity size. | ![]() |

- Grade / same with the tolerance of the hole, plug gauge also has H6~H10.
The smaller the number the more precise it is. - Hardness / HV600~780
| Vickers hardness (HV): | Press the square pyramid shape diamond indenter against the surface of the material to do indentation hardness test. |
