Product Description
Highly concentrated zinc dust spray paint with a zinc content of 92% in the naturally fading coating, just like in galvanization.
[Features]
· This zinc-rich paint is made from highly concentrated zinc dust and epoxy resin, making it ideal for repairs of zinc plating.
· Paint with good adhesion and superior coat flexibility. Made using epoxy ester resin with high physical strength.
· Using the electrochemical rust prevention effect provided by zinc dust, and the rust prevention effect provided by the coating film, this product exhibits the same rust prevention effects as galvanization.
· Flaking zinc dust provides highly concentrated zinc that gives a high metallic feeling.
· Can also be used as a primer coat (Paints based around urethane, chlorinated rubber, epoxy, etc. can be used for top coats).
[Applications]
· Convenient for repairing galvanized surfaces of plated steel materials, gratings, ducts, lightweight metal fittings, etc., and for rustproofing cut surfaces.
· Ideal for rustproofing of spot welds and iron parts of iron structures, various industrial machinery / vehicle equipment, ships, etc.
