· For primer coating interior and exterior iron parts. Excellent rust proofing that dries in only 30 minutes.
· Can be used with either water-based or oil-based top coats. Non-hazardous material (designated combustible material) according to the Fire Service Act of Japan.
· Quick-drying rustproofing paint with superior rustproofing strength.
· This rust-proofing pen is filled with a JISK5621 standard product (D21 Primer Quick Drying), but it is not a JIS standard item.

· Standard rustproofing paint that is ideal for priming interior and exterior iron parts.
