Easy-to-use, economical manual wire rope lifter for lifting, lowering, and carrying.
[Features]
·An automatic mechanical brake (reverse prevention device) stops the fork (load receiving part) at any position.
· Double safety structure with two ratchet poles attached; turn the crank handle to the right to raise, to the left to lower, and release to stop.
·The length of the crank handle is adjustable, so it can be shortened for efficient use when the weight is light or when descending.
·The built-in wire slack prevention mechanism provides a safe design that eliminates wire troubles.
·When the fork (load receiving part) hits an obstacle and stops at the lowest position or during descent, the crank handle does not rotate to the left, preventing the wire rope from slacking beyond the specified limit.
·The wire sheave uses resin and incorporates ball bearings for smooth rotation.
·The foot brake is a 1-touch, 2-lock foot-operated type that can be easily operated with light force (with adjustment).
· Since it is not a jack-up mechanism, it does not require a large operating force, and the two-point locking system does not compromise safety.
· Maximum load capacity 350 to 990 kg, maximum height 1.35 m to 1.8 m, lifting and movement are manually operated.
·The width of the fork can be adjusted.
