Tapered Pipe Thread Plug Gauge

A measurement tool for inspecting female threads (Rc) among R and Rc tapered pipe threads that comply with ISO standards.

· Since the female thread symbol is Rc, the thread plug gauge used for inspection is also labeled Rc.

[Applications]
· Insert the screw plug gauge into the internal thread from the tip, and determine pass or fail based on how far it goes in.
· Rc has two notches: one closer to the tip and one closer to the handle, but only the notch closer to the tip is used for identification.
· If the female thread end face does not reach the notch or goes beyond the notch, it is not acceptable. If it stops between the notches, it is acceptable.
