Product Description

[Features]
· Ultra-fine particle carbide alloy with excellent abrasion resistance and impact resistance is used.
· High-precision thread processing is possible due to the blank shape that improves the runout of the entire tap and the roundness of the shank.
· Thread processing length is set to "1.5 times or less the outer diameter dimension," and the chamfer is 5P in consideration of tool life.
· The recommended pilot hole diameter is the max. inner diameter value for 6H internal threads.
[Applications]
· Ideal for tapping high hardness steel such as hot work die steel (SKS3, SKD11, etc.) with a hardness of 45–55 HRC.
