[Features]
· Conductive polyethylene foam that protects CMOS IC from static electricity disturbance with carbon black.
· Polyethylene additives (carbon and fatty acid esters).
· Surface resistance: 5 × 10^6 Ω or less, expansion ratio: 30 times.
· A polyethylene-made anti-static foreign matter removal tool containing carbon black and fatty acid esters.
