· Lid for ECO Clean series school lunch hotel pan.
· Can be washed clean with water, saving on detergent, and reducing the volume of water required for rinsing.
· Eco-friendly, helping conserve rivers, lakes and oceans.
· Antibacterial and therefore hygienically sound.
· Can be stacked with the lid on.
· Grease, etc., is easier to wash off, reducing the staff workload and simultaneously keeping down costs.

· Prioritizing hygiene, and preventing food-poisoning originating in containers, tableware and utensils, at research facilities, food processing plants, kitchens, medical and care facilities and nursing homes for the elderly.
· Optimal for sites practicing the rigorous hygiene control required under ISO 15161, 22000 and HACCP.

· Do not leave in boiling liquid.
· Do not clean using any cleaning implement or appliance other than a sponge scourer.
· Do not use a strongly alkaline detergent.
· Do not clean in an autoclave or other industrial dishwasher with high steam pressure.
· Do not leave to soak in detergent.
