Product Description
Waterproof circular single-action lock connector based on JIS-B-6015.
[Features]
・ It has a earth terminal and can be connected to a protective circuit
・ The connection is a crimp type with a dedicated tool, and a built-in earth terminal for protective circuit that has continuity with the shell
・ It is a bayonet lock system that has a misfit prevention structure with 5 positioning keys on the mating part, inserts a connector, rotates the coupling clockwise, and can perform reliable mating with a clicking sound
・ O-ring is used for the receptacle, and when it is fitted to the plug, the fitting part is a waterproof/dust-proof structure (IP67) that completely prevents the ingress of water droplets, cutting oil, dust, etc. In addition, the waterproof requirement is satisfied by using a conduit with an O-ring on the connection side of the plug
・ Each connector is equipped with 1 ground contact for protection circuit that has continuity with the shell, and it has a sequence structure with First-to-make, last-to-break grounding contacts when mating
・ The contact uses a crimping type that is easy to connect, and the contact can be pulled out to the rear with a extraction tool even if the circuit is changed or wiring is incorrect
・ Compatible with JL05 series of JAE Japan Aviation Electronics Industry, Limited)
