·High-speed multi-axis control of up to 76 axes (4 axis units × 19 units) per CPU unit. (Within the current consumption range of the CS1 power supply unit.)
·Easy and high-speed winding operation (2-axis traverse function instructions are available).
·High-speed response to start command from CPU unit (8 ms for 2-axis, 12 ms or less for 4-axis).
·Since the encoder response frequency is 2 Mpps when multiplied by 4, it is also compatible with high-speed and high-precision servo motors.
·A D code (interrupt code) can be output to the CPU unit when positioning is completed or when the specified position is passed.
·High-speed interlock can be achieved (D code output time is 3.3 ms or less).
