Foot Switch Mechanism Production Use Complete Cover Type

This is an industrial foot switch with a full cover and a locking mechanism to prevent accidental operation caused by external impact or falling objects from above.
[Features]
· When the kick plate is pressed, the locking mechanism is released and the pedal can be turned ON.
· The kick plate surface is wide, allowing smooth operation even with safety shoes. (SFG-15 does not have a locking mechanism)
· When pressing the locking mechanism, the anti-slip (rubber feet) securely grip the floor.
· The electrical rating is applicable to a wide range (250 V AC 10 A, 24 V DC 1 mA).
· SFG-1SG3: An industrial foot switch with a full cover, equipped with a locking mechanism and one circuit. Protective structure: IP66 achieved.
· SFG-2SG3: A type with a locking mechanism and two circuits, which can also be used as a single-fault countermeasure with enhanced safety. Protective structure: IP66 achieved.
· SFG-2DSG3: This is a two-step pedal type with a locking mechanism.
·The two-step type uses two different spring pressures to turn on the first step with approximately 40 N (operating force), and when the switch is further depressed, the second step switches on with 125 N (operating force).
· The SFG-2DSG3 is suitable for applications requiring "two-step operation" or "delayed operation." Protective structure: IP66 achieved.
· SFG-1SG5: Equipped with a cable and a locking mechanism.
· SFG-15: The simplest standard model with a cable.
