Product Features
Strong locking mechanism
Mated connectors can withstand pull forces of up to 49 N applied in any direction (up, down, left, right.) Can also be used without problems following an unexpected shock.
Prevention against reversed or angled insertion
The 4 polarization keys prevent reverse-insertion of the connector and angled insertion. Because it is structured in a way in which the plug does not make contact with the receptacle signal section when mated in a slanted manner, it is ideal for connections with peripheral equipment requiring frequent mating and un-mating.
Multiple variations
A large number of variations are available for use with different types of peripheral device. Examples include shielded plugs for data communication, non-shielded plugs for power charging, reversed plug types and cradle type connectors for use with cradle equipment.
