Product Description

A highly reliable compact-type connector that is small, light, and tough, supporting needs associated with the miniaturization of devices.

[Features]
· Due to its compact shape, fits any model without compromising the aesthetic appearance of the model.
· Single-action push-pull lock mechanism enables rapid manipulation during insertion and removal, in addition to high-density mounting.
· The multiple keys of the mating guide ensures the connector is never inserted in incorrect positions.
· A tough polycarbonate resin material, containing glass is used for the exterior, resulting in light weight and toughness.
· Wire connection methods include crimping for plugs as well as crimping for receptacles and the circuit board dip method, enabling reduced labor and options better suited to the model used.
In-stock items are made-to-order products, so returns and cancellations are not possible. Thank you for your understanding.

Work Procedure

  1. 1. Pass the terminated cable through the cord tube in the following order: spring, connection sleeve, and cord bushing, and then crimp and terminate the contacts.
  2. 2. Assemble the crimped and terminated contacts to the contact holes of the P-insulation P-case. Make sure that the crimped contacts are securely engaged onto the contact holes of the P-insulation P-case by lightly pulling the cable.
  3. 3. Attach the metal fitting by clamping to it the cord bushing and assemble these into the P-insulation P-case. Then crimp the metal fitting by clamping it with the applicable tool.
  4. 4. Attach in the following order to the P-insulation P-case: connection sleeve, spring, and cord tube. Then align the screw hole on the cord tube and that of the metal fitting for clamping, and tighten the round countersunk screw to the specified torque of 0.2 N·m (2 kg-cm.)
  5. 5. After the assembly procedure described above has been completed, test the parts to make sure that the connection sleeve moves correctly.
