· Gas reaction force configurable type gas spring.
1) Grease chamber adopted to reduce wear by forming an oil film (FGS-15, 19, 22).
2) Bushing adopted for the guide (FGS-15, 19, 22).
3) Gas soft nitriding treatment on the surface of the piston rod (FGS-15, 19, 22).
These improvements have resulted in enhanced durability.
· Can generally be used in either vertical orientation (piston rod downward is recommended).
[Applications]
· The VA series, which uses stainless steel for both the body and piston rod, is now available. It has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance, and can be used for a wide range of applications.
