A comprehensive lineup of V-belt pulleys compliant with JIS B 1854.

· In addition to the 281 sizes specified by the JIS standard, we have independently added 369 sizes. · Especially for the motor side, small diameter sizes are finely standardized.
· Pulleys of the highest quality, surpassing the JIS standard (JIS B 1854-1987 "General-purpose V-belt pulley") in material, processing accuracy, and balance accuracy.

JIS V-pulley Specification
Consistent production from casting to machining and surface treatment. Additionally, NC machinery, automatic machinery, balancers, etc. have been developed specifically for pulley machining. Cell production allows the production of many kinds of products in low volume, with short lead times. Delivering convenience to customers.
Convenient additional machining service has been standardized.
Shaft hole, keyway, and set screw machining are available in standardized form.
Extensive product range. 650 size.
A: 146 size, B: 218 size, C: 212 size, D: 74 size. The 369 size has been added into JIS standard 281 size separately. Fine standardization of small-diameter sizes used frequently in drive side mechanisms.

Top quality pulley with materials, machining and balance accuracy exceeding JIS standards (JIS B1854 - 1987 "General Use V Pulleys." Imbalance tolerance on the outer circumference is 0.1% of the pulley mass.
Surface treatment, for improving corrosion resistance is a coating with a beautiful finish.

Balance
Imbalance mass allowance on the outer circumference is 0.1% or 1 g of the pulley mass, whichever is larger. At a circumferential speed of 15 m/s, this corresponds to G16 of the JIS B 0905 "Rotating Machines - Balance Quality of Rigid Rotors."
