Product Description

· Usable for both piston seal and rod seal.
· Designed with a small cross-section to allow integrated groove mounting.
· This packing is a smaller cross-section version of the UPH type.

Dimension

R = 0.3 or below, R₁= 0.5 or below
The surface of the rod should be finished by buffling (SPBF) to 0.8 to 1.6 μmRz (0.2 to 0.4 μmRz).
● The roughness is JIS B 2601 : 2001. When regulation length cannot be kept, apply Pt.

The inner surface of the cylinder tube should be finished by buring (RLB) or honing (GH) to 0.4 to 3.2 μmRz (0.1 to 0.8 μmRa).
