· The insulating flange with welded bellows is also standardized, and optimal coordination of alignment can be used from the wide lineup of 6kV to 24kVDC, and inner ceramic diameters from ø5 to ø135.
· For the connection fitting, select the optimal standard and size from tube end, Swagelok®, VCR® female, VCR® male, NW/KF, IOS-Tapered® (NW80 and later)ICF, JIS-VG.
