Attached to the piping system of a hot water heat exchanger, when there is a rise in pressure in the system due to the expansion of the water or pressure rise due to the abnormality, it will be used for the purpose of ensuring the safety of the equipment.
[Features]
▪ A diaphragm with a large effective pressure area is used in the pressure receiver, so the spouting amount during initial operations is considerable, and spouting at start and end pressure is stable.
· The water contact part and mechanical part are separated by a diaphragm and are therefore hygienic.
· A manual lever is attached, so actuation, level check and drainage from the whole system are easily performed.
· The diaphragm has superior durability as it is made from heat resistant and water resistant synthetic rubber.
▪ The AL-72F relief valve uses parallel screws in the exit connection that makes piping easy with the cap nut.
▪ The AL-52S relief valve has superior corrosion resistance properties because its valve seat is made from stainless steel. This makes it suitable for use in electric water heaters.
