Disc Spring (Heavy Load)

A disc spring capable of obtaining a high load with a small amount of deflection.

[Features]
- Load is generated by bending a flat washer into a conical (disc) shape and flexing it.
- Basically, compared to coil springs, load capacity can be obtained in a smaller space.
- Absorbs vibrations under dynamic loads.
- Various spring characteristics can be obtained by combining (layering) them directly or in parallel.

[Applications]
- Acts as a thread-locker and can apply a certain amount of preload to the mating object to suppress abnormal noise and rattling.
