Caution
Heavy objects are moved back and forth / left and right on the plain bearing to position. For mold positioning, when clamping the lower mold, the ball roller sinks, and the lower mold and the bolster are fixed together. Can also be used as caster for descending use.
The spring cushion type plain bearing is a product that saves labor when transporting heavy objects by receiving the workpiece evenly while the plain bearing sinks with the cushion in a special environment where the mounting surface or workpiece is not flat.
After carrying in the mold, move it back and forth and left and right on the plain bearing for positioning. When the upper mold is attached to the ram and the lower mold is clamped, the plain bearing sinks due to the clamping force, and the lower mold and the bolster are in close contact.

Carry in the mold and move it back and forth and left and right on the plain bearing for positioning.
Install and activate the clamper (tighten the mold and bolster with the clamper).
The built-in spring in the plain bearing shrinks, and the mold and bolster come into close contact.
By utilizing the spring function, the workpiece load can be evenly received.
In the spring cushion type, if a load greater than the set load is applied, the plain bearing sinks and more plain bearings can be loaded. Therefore, in the plain bearing spring type PV-C/CF series, "Workpiece weight ≤ plain bearing set load × number of plain bearings on the bottom of the workpiece" can be a guide to choose a plain bearing.
Selection example
When selecting a workpiece weight of 500 kg PV50C, "500 ≤ set load 50 kgf × 10 pcs." can be a guide.
