Guide rod bearing that can be selected according to the application
Both have a lineup of scraper specifications that prevent the intrusion of dust and dirt.
1. Slide bearing type: It has excellent abrasion resistance and is ideal for lateral load resistance with impact such as stoppers.
2. Roller bearing type: Smooth and highly accurate operation makes it ideal for pushers and lifters.
Piping from 3 directions is possible
The piping position can be selected according to the installation environment, and it corresponds to rational equipment design. Also, in the case of a cylinder compatible with a clean system, the dust collection port can also be piped in 2 directions.
Clean system compatible cylinder
Corresponds to cleanliness, class 5 (equivalent to class 100 of FED-STD209E). (According to Koganei test standard)
Clean form sensor switch
All models are equipped with magnets for sensor switches as standard equipment. Since it is a recessed type, it does not protrude and can be easily installed in a narrow space.
Lineup of end keep cylinders
The end-keeping mechanism that prevents the workpiece from falling due to the interruption of the air source or the decrease in air supply supports stable operation in the vertical direction.
