Note 1: When calculating the A+stroke and B+stroke dimensions for intermediate strokes, do not use the intermediate stroke value; instead, use the value of the next standard stroke above it for the calculation.

(Example) For an intermediate stroke of 7 mm, use the standard stroke value of 10 mm for the calculation.
